Jean-Francois Suteau, or “The Knife Chef,” was a pleasure to interview. Despite a demanding creative career as Executive Pastry Chef at The Greenbrier Resort, Suteau is also a self-taught knifesmith. I’m glad to have met him for my recent profile in the Spring 2024 issue of Greenbrier Valley Quarterly.
